Countering cost pressure: The GBAA maintains its position paper for the new federal government and calls for concrete measures to counter government cost drivers to secure Germany as an aviation location.
14. January 2025
January 10, 2025 Business aviation plays a crucial role in the decentralized air transport infrastructure and ensures that even remote regions remain easily accessible. In this way, the industry ensures the necessary connectivity for society and companies. Nevertheless, there is a lack of clear political commitment to supporting aviation and its infrastructure. This applies not only to business aviation, but to the entire air transport system. In view of the increasing burden of government costs, the industry is calling for a constructive dialogue with the new political players after the general election, based on the demands of the current GBAA policy paper.
