Reducing bureaucracy remains a key concern for companies and associations, particularly in the aviation industry. Back in March, Federal Minister of Justice Dr. Marco Buschmann emphasized the need to combat “bureaucracy burnout” with the Bureaucracy Relief Act. However, the measures envisaged so far, such as shortening the retention periods for commercial and tax documents, do not go far enough in the view of the aviation industry.
